The only questionable content here is the torturous fitness test.

If you're verging on fairly active already, the Your Shape is a great way to push yourself that little bit further. If you already make regular trips to the gym, Your Shape will help you replace those with a variety of workouts designed to work every part of your body - although they're far too keen to try and sell you new ones, giving them preference of place in several menus.

Your Shape really isn't all that suitable for family play, simply because of how strenuous the exercises are. Any kids would probably be best off getting their daily dose of exercise from Kinect Sports.
Positives
- Plenty of strenuous exercises really get the muscles working.
- Exercises tailored for men and women.
- Watching yourself get scanned in for the first time.
Negatives
- Doesn't give you enough feedback where you go wrong.
- Needs far too much room.
- No fitness plans to keep you coming back.

Controls
Slick menus are negated by a complete lack of feedback from the game about what you're doing wrong - especially when you can see for yourself that you're doing everything right...

Learning Curve
Your Shape's learning curve is actually very poor. The fitness test it gives you is crazy - and then offering you a "light" workout afterwards, which is a heck of a lot lighter than the "test" you've just done makes no sense.
Overall
One for fitness fanatics only.
