Last week saw the release of the latest instalment in the Wii karaoke game series, We Sing: UK Hits, a game which celebrates the 'Best of British' music, and of which we'll have a review up very soon. As a way of promoting their latest release, the game's publishers, Nordic Games, have just announced a massive price cut for another UK themed game in their series, We Sing: Robbie Williams, which will see its price slashed from £34.99 to just £9.99 from Friday – bargain!

Those of you that keep up with our coverage of the various We Sing games will know that We Sing: Robbie Williams is probably our favourite of the whole lot. Although we're not the world's biggest Robbie fans, being familiar with the song list makes the game a whole lot more fun – although, our favourite game may change in the coming months, as the upcoming We Sing: Rock seems to have an awesome setlist too. With a selection of songs that kids and parents know alike, We Sing: Robbie Williams features twenty-five of Robbie's best loved songs – from classics like Angels and Let Me Entertain You, to duets like Kids and Somthin' Stupid, all the way through to his more recent songs such as You Know Me and Radio, all with their original music videos. There's also his duet with Gary Barlow, Shame, as an unlockable bonus track, as well as exclusive pictures and videos of Robbie himself.

Besides song selections, the difference between the We Sing games and some of the other karaoke games available on the Wii is the sheer variety of ways you can play with your friends. At our last count, there were about ten different modes to play, which ranged from standard competitive versus modes (either all against each other, or in teams), and co-operative, where everyone worked together to get the best score – to some more unusual modes. For example, Blind mode has the lyrics and sound disappearing at random intervals during the song, leaving you all on your lonesome, while Pass The Mic, sees you working together to get points by passing the microphone around when prompted – but who's up next is determined randomly to keep you on your toes.

You'll have to move quick if you want We Sing: Robbie Williams at this mega price, as it'll only be available for a limited time only – and we don't know when till yet. Either way, make sure you rush down the shops and pick up a copy this Friday - and make sure you check back for our We Sing: UK Hits review next week.
